All the rounds were conducted well and everything seemed positive. The supervisor in the 4th round of face to face interview gave real good feedback and seemed very eager to have me on board but God knows what went wrong in operation managers head. it was a very simple discussion about education, job experience, etc.. supervisor's and mangers' view seemed quite contradictory for sure. One advice...the hiring process is between candidate,HR and hiring managers. So even if a candidate is not selected he/she should be well communicated about this in a very healthy manner and not called by a receptionist man that after 5 rounds and 7 hours of interview you are not selected. and should leave. If HR communicates this in a healthy manner and encourages them to apply in future then a candidate leaves with a positive feeling and can re apply. I was disappointed and wont consider this company in future.
