I applied online. I interviewed at Mercer in Dec 2016
Interview
It took them a while to even get back to me, several months, and then I was never contacted again. I was very confused about the process and asked questions that seemed slightly irrelevant. I did not feel like they were selling the job or asking the right questions.
Involved sending off an online application, this included submitting a CV and answering a few questions about why I wanted to do the internship. After this, my answers to six pre-recorded questions was filmed and submitted. The questions were mainly technical and asked me mostly about what I knew about the role I was applying for. The final stage involves an assessment day.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mercer (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jun 2012
Interview
Applied through University and was then called in for on-site interview. I were interviewed by one employee in my team together with the current intern. Both were very pleasant and didn't ask any weird or unexpected questions. Know the business and you'll be fine.

Question 1
What does Mercer do? Describe yourself. Do you work best alone or in groups? How would you start a new project? How would you organise your work when you work with multiple projects?
