Mercer Internship interview questions

I got acquainted through a friend who worked there, submitted an application online, which was then forwarded to the hiring team. Interview was for Seattle office, the folks were really, really sweet and nice. The first time, it had snowed so we had to reschedule (I was already at the office for the interview though, so that was a bummer).

The interview process was relaxed and friendly. They want an intern in urgent so the process time was also very short. They may ask a few question about you skills and describe what you will do in there team and what you will learn or expect.
