I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mercer in Jun 2018
Interview
Very quick process. I applied to the position, and the next day received an email telling me to do the video interview. The video interview wasn’t that bad, you just answer questions to prerecorded questions by an employee. The next day, I got an email asking to schedule a panel interview. Scheduled it, very relaxing interview. The atmosphere was great and the people were so nice. I was supposed to have 3 people in my interview, but ended up only having one person for most of the time, then an additional person came in. 95% of the questions were “tell me about a time when...” An hour later, a recruiter called me offering me the job. I wish the salary would’ve been higher, otherwise I would have accepted the offer.

Interview
I first did a virtual interview which I found quite different because I had never done that before, but it was very relaxing because I was able to do it from the comfort of my home. The in person interview the personnel was very warm and extremely nice, they made me feel very comfortable and welcome.
