Menards Sales Associate interview questions

Mostly went through previous work experience and then talked about availability and such. No need to be stressed, business casual, asked if I wanted to start that day. I don’t even remember accepting the job to be honest, I was just hired.

They ask very simple questions and the interview process is fairly short. They are interested in your availability and are looking for workers who will want to grow at Menards.
