I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Menards (Evansville, IN) in Feb 2012
Interview
quick 10 min interview to ensure you can tie your shoes. followed by an off site drug screen and a quick tour of the store and break room. nothing to difficult about the interview process, esp if you are referred by an internal employee.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
not a tough interview at all. although the HR guy I interviewed with relocated so the process could be different. but they hold hiring fairs frequently so not a lot of quality candidates come from those.
