Medtronic Engineer interview questions

STAR format interview process. Be sure to know and understand that. Interviews with recruiter first, Hiring manager, a select few members of the team and then decision that can take a few weeks.

Interview with team manager. They were very friendly and answered all questions. Asked some technical questions (medical devices and software). Then panel interview with three engineers. Mostly focused on my past experiences then answered my questions. One panelist asked a technical question very particular to the type of work they do. Overall everyone was very friendly and seemed really interested in their work. Probably one of my favorable interviews, despite the technical questions, simply because everyone was respectful and enthusiastic.
