Mecca Brands interview questions

Initial interview was an amazing experience. The second interview went very smoothly and was verbally offered the job however a couple of days later I had a phone interview that I wasn’t informed about and then got an email saying I wasn’t successful with the position. There was no follow up on why I didn’t get the position especially after being offered the job on the spot in what was supposed to be the final interview. Word of caution would be take anything they say with a grain of salt. If that’s also how their head office dealt with potential staff - I wouldn’t want to work for them anyway as there would be a lack of clarity and integrity.

Had a one on one interview with a lady who was very energetic, easy to talk to and supportive in what I was saying. I then only had to wait a week before finding out about the position. It all seemed to move pretty quickly and seamlessly.
