McDonald's Sales Associate/Cashier interview questions

For cashier roles, they may ask situational questions to assess customer service and communication skills like: Why do you want to work at McDonald’s? Tell me about yourself. How would you handle a rude or upset customer?

it was fast and through the phone. asked some questions about work ethic and mostly talked about work schedule. not too formal and it lasted around maybe 30 minutes. very nice people
