Mastercard Sr Software Engineer interview questions

Initial recruiter screen, followed by tech screen with manager. Fairly straightforward - debugging code and answering questions around Git, testing. The recruiter was pretty unresponsive and unhelpful. They did not follow up on questions around compensation package - and made a big point that the role was not a people leader type role. Despite getting through all parts of interview - was not given any feedback on why I didn't pass. Recruiter was unhelpful and unresponsive - so I would not recommend to peers.

The interview process was not bad at all. They asked some leetcode easies and then some behavioral questions after. Overall, it was pretty chill, and I wouldn't worry too much about it.
