Next came a technical interview over video with an engineer on the team. It started with a quick intro and then jumped into a live coding problem. Mine was a twist on a classic graph traversal challenge. They really cared about how I communicated — walking through my thought process out loud, talking through edge cases, and asking clarifying questions. They weren’t expecting perfection, but they were definitely watching how I approached the problem.
