Mastercard Software Engineer I interview questions

Interview was easy. Basic java questions asked in both rounds. I got the job but rejected the offer. Interview process was smooth and interviewers were friendly. HR kept me informed at all times.

The first step was a tech recruiter call which is a typical discussion about role, experience, etc. The recruiter had a bad audio setup in an echo-y room but otherwise it was pleasant. The next step was a 1 hour technical interview where I discussed projects I worked on, showed examples of code I wrote and did some basic system design. This portion was throughly enjoyable and the interviewers were enthusiastic about the discussion. The final round was with the manager and at this stage it was just a basic get to know you call and more discussion about the role.
