3 steps. 1 hr call, talk with the Hiring manager (director) and presentation with the Hiring manager and another person (Vice President). I would say overall the experience was very good. The only downside was that i shared my salary expectations. It was agreed and correct, everyone shared that they liked my skills and i was a cultural fit. However, they lowballed me with a proposal 40% below my expectations which led me to decline the offer
