We were asked to do the Pymetrics test. And then after that we had virtual interview, including four parts: Introducing yourself, two question related to personality and experience, and one model project question.

Interview
I applied online and did two online assessments. There was a personality type questionnaire and a video interview with pretty standard questions (Why Mastercard?) Did an 1hr15 online interview via Teams with the manager of the team I would potentially work for. More casual and like a conversation. Make sure to have examples of their core values.
Τhe first step after the submission of application is the Pymetrics Games Assessments which lasts around 30 minutes and it doesn't require any preperation. I founded easier than i expected to be.

Question 1
Emotion Recognition: In this game, candidates are shown a series of faces and asked to identify the emotion displayed. The game measures emotional intelligence and the ability to read nonverbal cues. Risk Tolerance: In this game, candidates are presented with a series of scenarios and asked to make a decision based on the level of risk involved. The game measures risk-taking behavior and decision-making skills. Numerical Reasoning: In this game, candidates are presented with a series of mathematical problems and asked to solve them within a set time limit. The game measures numerical reasoning and problem-solving skills. Focus: In this game, candidates are asked to complete a task while distractions are presented in the background. The game measures attention span and the ability to concentrate in a distracting environment. Working Memory: In this game, candidates are presented with a sequence of items and asked to recall them in the correct order. The game measures working memory and the ability to retain and recall information.
