I have done an interview with MasterCard middle east for the graduate program position.
There was a first interview with the HR. She asked me about my CV and my university projects listed in it, a little bit about myself and some normal "what would you do" questions. Nothing hard.
Then there they gave me a week to prepare a presentation about MasterCard's position in the ME and to prepare some suggestions to do better. After the presentation there was a third interview with a VP. He asked many questions but used to answer them himself. I think his role was to see the candidate, get to know him, explain a little bit about the company but not to test his/her abilities. The guy talked a lot about himself actually.
The problem is that after you are done there is no communication between you and the company. They don't send you a rejection nor reply to your emails.
