I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mastercard (Bruselas) in Apr 2013
Interview
Different interviews with recruiting manager, HR people, line managers where background experience, professional and interpersonal skills, personality and fit with the company's culture and recruiting team were evaluated. Based on my experience, this process seemed very classical and in line with what other companies usually do.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mastercard (Miami, FL) in Mar 2011
Interview
Five interviews over a 3-4 week period. Most interviewers asked very similar questions. Two of the interviews were not familiar with the open position. Due to interviewers' frequent travels, process was too long.

Question 1
Specific previous experiences that will benefit company. Why are you the best candidate for this position?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Mastercard (Praga)
Interview
Funny! Application through LinkedIn, contact from HR, communication and arrangement of the interview was confusing. This was first signal that something is wrong with the company in Eastern Europe. Interview with two “managers”, rather junior consultants, discussion about nothing. Was hoping that is just a mistake and expecting to see more senior people…but no. HR came back to me that will arrange a next round but “surprisingly nothing happened”. Net-Net – Im sure is great company with super product but obviously good people are seating somewhere else…not in CEE.
