Mastercard Bizops Engineer interview questions

I sent my resume to a launch code recruiter. 1 week later mastercard recruiter reach out. Then 1 week later I got interviewed by 2 mastercard members. The technical interview was simply about my past experiences and networking skills. The interviewer was really nice, kind and knowledgeable. The interview took 1 hr. Then about 2 weeks later received an offer. The process took 1 month and a half in total.

Recruiter will share you email for the 1st round that is a 1 hr interview with 3 people. The job description mentioned programming languages, data structures etc. but the role has no such requirement. The job description has no mention of Linux and the first half of the interview was based on it. Very unexpected.
