First Interview with Director Second Interview with VP Third Interview with Country Manager First and second interviews were a month apart, second and third interviews were two weeks apart. Received offer letter 4 days after final interview.

The entire process took 3 months and was mainly handled by HR in UK. First I had to do a gamified ability test and then a video interview where I had to record myself. In this recorded video interview I had 2.5 min per question which were mainly about motivation and why I am a good fit. The final interview took place two months after I had recorded my video interview and was with the local managers. Those were extremely friendly and it was a very pleasant interview. In the 60 min interview, I also had to solve a case which was more or less a SWOT analysis.
