Marshalls interview questions

After you apply they call you to set up and in-person interview. From their you go to the store location to get interviewed which doesn’t require formal attire. Essentially you’ll know right away whether you are hired or not because if you are they will let you know when your orientation is that same day.

They were very thorough and welcoming. They appeared to have a genuine interest in what I was saying. It was a simple question and answer interview. I think there were roughly 10 questions.
