Marshalls interview questions

Simple straight to the point. Just wanted to know what you were good at so that they know where they can place you. The timing of your departure is also important. They dont want someone that will only be there for a minute!

They called me however I did not answer and went into the store. They asked me to refill out the application and they would let me know. I am waiting to hear back.
