Marshalls interview questions

There was 2 interviews. The first interview was great and felt very comfortable and welcomed by the person who interviewed me. I felt very talkative and had a good feeling. The second interview was with another person and I don't want to say I didn't feel welcomed but I felt intimidated and didn't communicate much.

Incredibly simple. I spoke with a sales associate about my desire to work here, and she encouraged me to take an application from the table they had set up. I met with a manager within 30 minutes of having filled out the form, and we had a one-on-one interview. I had not brought my resume with me, as I hadn't anticipated applying or interviewing for anything, but the interview wasn't hampered by my surprise. It was a pretty easy conversation, and I don't recall any of the questions catching me off-guard. He was understanding of my schedule, and I would later find that Marshalls offers insanely flexible hours. Despite having completed the application, I needed one form to be signed by a legal guardian- I returned to the store within a few days, dropped the form off, and got a call later in the week with a time and date for me to appear for training. Very simple process and not that stressful.
