Marshalls Sales Associate/Cashier interview questions

Interview process was brief and easy. I wasn't asked any questions about previous employment, just was asked about my availability and school schedule. Interviews seem to take about ten or fifteen minutes. This is your average retail position, so they aren't that selective with who they hire. Interviewed on a Friday, got an offer the following Monday.

The average interview process. Phone call for a punctuality check, then interview request. Regular interview questions. A lot of the time, the managers might forget they have an interview. Making for a disgustingly uncomfortable experience at first. But I became used to being saturated in that unprofessionalism as I worked with these people day in and day out.
