Marsh interview questions

I filled out an online form and I was invited to do an interview with the HireVue software. After completing the interview I received no response. I assumed I had been rejected and ghosted for this reason. However, 4 months later I finally received response saying I had not been successful. To be made to wait 4 months for a response is absolutely absurd. The entire process was the most unprofessional out of all the graduate programmes I've applied to. There was also no section on the website where you could view the progress of your application and no email address to contact a member of their recruitment team. Most importantly, there was 0 human contact throughout the process.

The process went smoothly and they got back to me quickly. The structure was a back to back interview with a mix of behavioral and technical components. Thought they were nice and informative.
