One interview on college campus. Two interviewers. Basic behavioral question. Why do you want to work here? Leadership examples? What do you know about the company? Any past experiences? Name a time you dealt with conflict? Interviewers were nice and friendly.
Interview Process is really poor, as it doesn't follow most basics rules: - no self-introduction ( literally "I am First Name. I am SA, works for x years") - No context: What compony expectations on the position, what expects on the position, and what the position is about - No agenda for the meeting, no expectation are set. - Questions like show me your diagram from your latest assignments.
