Marsh interview questions

One interview on college campus. Two interviewers. Basic behavioral question. Why do you want to work here? Leadership examples? What do you know about the company? Any past experiences? Name a time you dealt with conflict? Interviewers were nice and friendly.

Interview Process is really poor, as it doesn't follow most basics rules: - no self-introduction ( literally "I am First Name. I am SA, works for x years") - No context: What compony expectations on the position, what expects on the position, and what the position is about - No agenda for the meeting, no expectation are set. - Questions like show me your diagram from your latest assignments. Well, there is customer confidentiality which is applied by default In addition: - Interruption & frequent switching questions: high-level (show solution diagram/ low level API design questions)
