Marsh interview questions

Number of meetings with different pairs of developers and managers. Everyone seemed nice. Talked about the role, the company, future direct, etc. In the end they were keen to progress we went on a hiring freeze so closed all open positions. Disappointing as looked like a good role.

Two month interview process: one phone screening, two zoom interviews, a proposal project, and an interview specific writing sample assigned for final candidates. Assured a selection would be made within the week but was met with radio silence for an additional month.
