Marsh interview questions

I interviewed with four people. First, the manager followed by colleagues I would be working with. The overall process was friendly and to the point. I ended up getting an offer and accepting. Come prepared, be consultative, know the HR Generalist role well.

The process primarily involves reviewing the resume and discussing behavioral questions. Candidates are generally asked to give a comprehensive overview of their background and experiences, highlighting their strengths and achievements. These are fairly standard inquiries, such as asking the candidate to provide a brief description of themselves.
