Interview
Initial phone screen with internal recruiter was easy, casual conversation. Subsequent calls were with other HRBP's, team members who the successful candidate would work with. I was dropped from the process after my third interview. Response sited desire for someone with more of the skills required for day-to-day in the role. I asked for more detailed feedback but didn't hear from the recruiter again.
