Interview
Incredibly lengthy, drawn out and lacking communication. Call from someone form HR that took around 30 mins, followed 4 stages meeting different peers, stakeholders and senior leaders. Interestingly every meeting there was a completely different take on who the clients were on what the role focus was.

Interview
I had two interviews with Marsh McLennan; a phone interview and a followup video interview. After the phone interview, I was asked to take a personality assessment which took around an hour and a half. My second interview was early in the week, and I was told I would be contacted by the end of the week. Weeks later and I have not heard anything. This reflects poorly on the company and creates a negative candidate experience; as a candidate you don't want to be rejected, but being in limbo for weeks is worse.
