Marsh interview questions

Several stages including a one-way interview with pre-set questions. There is also a psychometric assessment before the actual interview which was with 3 people. It was a very casual environment with time to speak about yourself and ask questions. There was nothing critical or challenging.

Automated email is sent for you to speak with the recruiter. It was very difficult to schedule time with the recruiter. I asked for confirmation of time and date for our scheduled called. The next day I was sent an automatic email saying that I was not qualified for the job. Very unprofessional for a firm that states they are "Professional".
