Very pleasant and informative.Phone screening, completing an online survey and a one on one interview. The process was lengthy but with background checks and reference checks that is to be expected.Overall the whole process was worth it.There is a lot of studying for the first two weeks to get a knowledge of what the position would entail.

The interview is divided in to several stages, there are normally 3 sessions between the candidate and a pair of existing employees/management.
then there will be a practical test, the candidate is take in front of a computer and asked to go trough a series of tasks, normally related to desktop troubleshooting (computer settings, office suite)
Note: if the interview is not going well the candidate will be dismissed before all 4 steps are concluded, however the completion of the interview is not an indication that the candidate will be selected.
