I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mars (Nashville, TN) in Jan 2016
Interview
Applying for this job was easily attainable online. I contacted a colleague within the company that helped refer me for the position that I was interested in. I was contacted by a recruiter who kept me involved with the interview process and helped me with tips and tricks to make my interview smooth and easy. Some of the topics were: Why do you enjoy sales?, Why MARS?, and other situational questions throughout your past career.

Interview
The interview process was an online application, followed up by pre-screening from the recruitment team, then (if successful) a telephone interview with the line manager and the final stage is an all day assessment centre. The AC is split out into three parts. Firstly you complete a group task, then you have an hour to digest a business case study, 15 minutes to write a presentation and then 30 minutes to present your ideas on the case study to a panel of the interviewers. You are told at this stage if you are unsuccessful. If you get through, you will have a one-to-one interview.

Interview
Submitted my resume. Had several phone interviews. Had several interviews with hiring managers face to face in meeting rooms. Formal interview style. Was quite a long time ago but it was important that many people went to meet me through the process.
