Mars Project Manager interview questions

The initial interview is conducted via video response to several questions. On the very first question, I felt myself wanting to ask additional questions of the interviewer in order to understand context and be able to provide a better answer. Almost every subsequent question was the same. It was very impersonal, I never felt comfortable, and ultimately I abandoned the process altogether. If a company can't take the time to talk to prospective employees in person (even on live zoom / video chat), I do not think they truly value the people that they want to work for them.

J'ai postulé sur la plateforme de l'entreprise, puis j'ai été contactée par email (2 mois plus tard) pour un RV pour un premier entretien avec une personne des RH. Ensuite j'ai eu un 2ème entretien avec la personne N+1 sur le poste en question.
