Initial online application form followed by on online questionnaire form. Virtual Assessment Centre with approximately 8 candidates including two different activities: unseen case study and competency based individual interview. Really nice assessors and a great experience.

Video interview which included 5 questions, all of which were about how I have overcome challenges or how I could add to the company. Each question allowed 60 seconds of prep, and up to 2.5 minutes to answer.
