1st round- submit CV
2nd round- online questionnaire (consisted of very basic situational based questions)
3rd round- Digital interview, where they asked questions about your long & short term goals, ambiguity, why Mars, why MLE, etc.
4th round- Assessment center, still waiting for results

Why Mars? Why MLE? Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years?

Interview
First signed up and added CV. Then responded to a few more questions adding some more bits of personal information.
Then did a situational judgement test of 10 questions and you have to pick from the four responses what you would do and what would be the most effective.
Next was the digital interview which was a recorded interview talking to the computer which you get one shot at responding to three questions they have.
