Mars Finance Manager interview questions

I had test: numercial amd verbal. There were pretty simple. After that I waited 2 weeks. They wrote me an email, where they invited me on interview. I was on panel interview. It included interview with manager, HR and marketing manager. We talked about motivation, leadership and my skills. The most difficult was interview with manager, because we focused on difficult situations and how you handled them.

An initial screening call with HR with general questions about my CV history and aspirations. This was followed by a telephone interview with the recruiting manager. There was no specific questioning format which I thought was unusual. It was more of an additional screening call to understand if my expectations met those of the job role.
