Main Event Events Coordinator interview questions

Applied online, got a phone call back within a few days. Came in and did my first interview that went very well. The interviewer said that it may take a while before I hear back because I was the first of several interviews. About 2 weeks later I heard back, had to come in for second interview on July 4th due to mutual schedules. However.....my second interviewer was less that gracious, and frankly quite rude before the interview began. We sit down and he starts off with saying "Well, I'm English...that's why I'M working the the 4th of July, and I don't celebrate losing!" I was so uncomfortable with what he said I didn't know how to react, so there was a second or two of painful silence. Then we began the interview and it became immediately clear he was not interested in anything I had to say. He barely made any eye contact, and he was VERY impersonal. By far the most uncomfortable interview I have ever had. Interview lasted barely 10 minutes, he said I'd hear back, and not surprisingly I never did which was probably for the best.

I came in to drop off my resume. My resume experience alone was plenty to get me hired no questions asked. I did a quick interview with the Sales Manager and Director of Sales, got the job the next day.
