I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Main Event (Independence, MO) in Oct 2015
Interview
There were two rounds of interviews. The first round was with an operations manager who knew I was applying for the sales department but the Sales Manager was out of town so she couldn't interview me. A few weeks later, I got a call from the Sales manager who setup a 2nd interview with me the following week.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Main Event (Shenandoah, TX) in May 2017
Interview
I found out about this career by talking with the Sales Manager at a job fair my college was holding. She took my resume and wrote down my availability and talked about the position as well as what she was looking for. She e-mailed me asking to schedule an interview and so we did. The interview was with her as well as an event coordinator. She was very polite and it went well except I thought I wouldn't get the position because I felt as if I didn't talk enough. She e-mailed me asking to schedule another interview, but it was never scheduled. I was directed to complete the online application and I apparently made a good enough impression the first interview because I was hired. I had orientation on Sunday and started training the following week.
