MSC Cruises interview questions

The interview process was structured in three different phases, including multiple interviews with different stakeholders. While I felt that three stages was quite a lot for an internship position, the overall experience was very positive. The hiring manager was extremely kind and approachable, which made this one of the best interview processes I’ve had. I would have gladly worked in his team but I had an offer for an actual job at the same time so I turned down their internship offer. This was quite some time ago, so the process may have changed since then.

Il processo prevede una prima chiamata di circa 30 minuti abbastanza genrica e poi se superata un colloquio tecnico su piattaforma Teams, insieme ad hr e qualcuno collegato da Ginevra.
