Disappointing interview: lacked patience and displayed arrogance. Tasked with subjective email analysis, revealing unclear criteria. Misunderstood CRM's dynamic nature, insisting on rigid answers. Interviewer's lack of tact and rudeness raised concerns about professionalism and company culture. The experience fell short of a constructive dialogue, leaving me uncertain about the organization's hiring process.

The process was smooth and easy to go through, and the people who interviewed me made the interview smooth and calm, I liked that everything was online which made it much easier. The hiring process was fast and smooth.
The interview process was conducted in a timely manner with enough time to prepare, The interviewer showed interest and payed attention, never rushed or interrupted, I was able to establish a conversation rather than a questions and answer type of interview
