MIT Postdoctoral Research Associate interview questions

I applied the position through sending the professor my resume. The interview is arranged three days later through Skype. I gave a presentation about my PhD study and we had discussions on my research. He asked a lot of questions and tried to understand what I am doing in my research.

There was phone interview and I got an offer for on-site interview. There were a lot of technical questions during presentation. It was not that difficult tho.
