MIT interview questions

Very straight forward, quick and to-the-point. Typical questions were asked including current employment, why you would want to work for the company, three best qualities, three worst qualities, What would your friends and coworkers say about you. Hired upon completion of interview.

This interview was for a newly formed department and was conducted among three separate teams across a three hour period. The teams varied from those I would be sharing an office with, to those who would be directing the department. There was a lot of nervous humor about working in an atmosphere that was constantly changing. They weren't joking. A lot of the job (which I accepted) has been "from the hip" for the past two years. Only recently have we begun formalizing our processes.
