Interview
Very thorough .Several round of open discussion. One needs to be thoroughly prepared for the subject. You need to be well read, informed and must have ability to articulate your own singular viewpoint . The process is very open discussion format.Since you are going to work on projects which have no reference in the world,it is appropriate that you need to be ready to become reference.

I interviewed with the head of the lab and assistant over Skype. Shortly after, I was asked for references. Only a few days after that, I received an unofficial offer. Overall, it was a very quick process. During the interview, it was easy to tell that my skills and interests aligned with those of the lab. The questions were straightforward and clearly asked to ensure that I would be a good fit with the lab.
