MIT interview questions

The whole process went on 3 weeks. First round HR, asked basic research background and skills. 2nd round, panel interview by hiring manager, went through the coding of a machine learning project. 3nd round individual interview with the group members. One of the interviewer was very rude unprofessional. Crudely challenged my research is useless. Every researcher needs to respect for other's work. It is lucky I didn't get the offer and don't have to work with such person as a team.

Phone screen with someone in human resources. Then interview with hiring manager. Then multiple separate interview with people in Technology Licensing Office that I would be working with more or less closely.
