MIT interview questions

Recruiter screening then meeting with committee/hiring manager. Phone screen was fine, interview seemed to go well then was ghosted for a month and a half to both positions applied for. Second position the person clearly was not interested in the fact I did not work at an Ivy League institution currently and seemed to dismiss me from there.
