I was invited for a talk on my past projects. I presented my PhD thesis Project. Some professors, Students and Postdocs came to my talk and some of them asked questions about the application of my findings.

Tell us about your findings. how can you compare your results and method with others.
The process is very clear but it might depend on the PI. First one-on-one interview with the PI. Then you need to present your research work to the lab. Finally discuss with lab people in one-on-one.

Contact hiring professor, and interview directly with professor. Questions are based upon the current needs of the project. Employment is determined based upon the qualifications of the individual and fit in the group.

Interview
Virtual interview for 30 min, including a short presentation, PI was very friendly. Got an email offer after I followed up in the third week.
