Interview
Requirements included a one hour job talk with question and answer period afterwards, one on one interview with a current faculty member, and an interview with faculty search committee. After the process, I felt that the committee already had the right candidate in mind and needed to go through the motions with other candidates.
Straight forward procedure. I was asked about my research and about the funding opportunities. I had to give a talk to other researchers and perform a teaching demo as well. Nothing extremely difficult or not expected. In total, very straight forward procedure with kind and nice people

Interview
a phone screening, and then you gave a seminar, then another skype interview. The day you gave a seminar, you spend a whole day there, talking to a few professors, some of them ask you about your future research, some of them ask you tough questions.
