Phone interview-in person interview very based on school experience. Recruiter interviews first then community manager in office, the phone interview takes about 20 minutes very straight forward and easy. In person interview scheduled the same day.
I had a scheduled phone interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager in TN for a position in Richmond, VA. An hour after the scheduled time for our phone call she emailed me saying she was running behind and asked to reschedule. I understand things come up so I was happy to reschedule. We rescheduled for a couple days later at the same time and she didn't call me until 45 min after our scheduled time. She said it "slipped her mind." Before the interview even happened I was already turned off about the company. I spent my time answering their application questions thoroughly and I felt that she didn't take this seriously and didn't respect me and my time. During our discussion about the job (salary, schedule, etc) she kept asking if it was something that could work for me. I told her multiple times through our conversation that I would have to think about it but she kept asking me for an answer. The interview felt really impersonal and like she was only worried about filling the position.

I applied online, finished a questionnaire, and was phone screened before an in-person interview. I found out the position was filled but was referred to 2 other property managers. The interview was fairly quick.
