MAA Leasing Consultant interview questions

Called in to schedule an interview face to face with property manager. Second interview with regional VP and property manager where they offered the job to me. I started a week later.

The interview process. I intially received a phone call to set up an interview. Did a face to face interview with the actual hiring manager who was very chill and we vibed really well and then a 2nd interview with another manager. The overall energy was really good with both managers. It was all very easy going. I sent a thank you note and I was called and made an offer. The background screening and reference check took over a week, which was kinda strange.
