MAA Leasing Consultant interview questions

Very disorganized, to say the least. I spent majority of my time sharing my past experience and how my skills reflect in this role. Afterwards I was told I had to answer a few preset questions based on the assessment I completed online but they weren’t ready. I was contacted the next day via phone to answer then didn’t back from anyone for a week. The recruiter then reached out to ask me if I was “still interested because they were” . Unprofessional.

Interview was very great. Interviewer cared about where I had come from and how this job could help me move forward with positions to come. Started with a phone call, second interview was in-person, third was also a phone call.
