INTERVIEW
I applied for the summer temp job I submitted my application and an A4 page long covering letter! Those really help your application stand out I was emailed a week later and asked if I would come in for a group interview. There was about 5 off us that attended the interview, we were asked too do tasks such as make up a new product lush don't yet sell so ingredients things like that. We were also given a person written on paper who had say bad skin (we were put in pairs for this and each pair was given someone different) and we had to find products to help them. The interview was really good all the staff were really nice and encouraging ☺️ we had also been asked too prepare a campaign we would hold over summer and we presented that!
SHOP TRIAL
I was offered a chance too come in for a shop trial bit unfortunately I was on holiday and couldn't make it or the training but the managers were amazing and understanding and invited me back too do a shop trial for Christmas! The shop trial was good they asked a few more questions about why you want too work for lush, favourite products, good customer experience but everyone is so lovely and encouraging and it really makes you feel as ease! I was on the floor for an hour or so and first someone gave me a tour off the shop showed me how too demo ect then I was sent off it was amazing all the staff were really helpful! My advice for shop trial is try demo as it really helps sway a customer too bye the product and samples are really good too!
I got a call the following week saying they'd like too offer me the position and I accepted! I can't wait!
ADVICE
My advice would be, be your self! You probably need to be confident too work in lush and be able too approach people everyone is so lovely tho they make you feel really welcome and do there best too help you it's honestly an amazing place!
Great review!
Thanks for your honesty and taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed the interview and loved hearing from you!

Interview
Dropped in a CV. Followed it up a couple weeks later and jotted down my details. Was called the next day and asked to come for an interview the following week. Had s chat about what I knew of the business, how I've performed as part of a team in the past, a bit about me and what I've done personally and professionally; I was then e-mailed to be informed that I had been successful in the interview process, and the the arrangements for my induction were made. They just want to see some personality, a confidence, a passion for good customer service, and you as a person.

Interview
Learned about the hiring party through a friend, and simply walked into the store with my resume on that day. Make sure to be ON TIME, because they close the doors right away (at least at my location) and do not let anyone else in. First we were all asked to introduce ourselves, and there were around 20 people there. Try and stand out, many answers were the same! Next, we divided into three groups and did demos on each other. We were pulled aside one by one to talk to the Manager, where I was asked a few questions and about my availability. No hard questions, quite straight forward! I got a call three days later and was offered a position!
